Default Sony icf pro 80

Hi,
I repaired a Sony PRO 80, exchanged all electrolytic capacitors, except for the DC / DC converter.
The radio worked great on all tapes.
After a month I turned the radio back on and to my surprise
FM was OK but SW without volume, no reception, SQL everything dead!
The SQL Poti is repaired so it can't be.
After switching it on and off several times, everything is OK again .... Reception and SQL work !?
Do you have an idea what can that be !?
Thank you and best regards from Augsburg, Eugen

Hi
Check the traces and coils ( t11,t10) around ic2 .The leakage from the capacitors nearby can destroy them.If no fm then check l15.
Cheers
Pete
