Default Burgoyne Suitcase 5, circuit & line-up.

I've looked high and low but not managed to find anything about this set, other than the valve lineup - I'm not even sure of its vintage.

I'd love any information, especially any recommendations for the 3 HT voltages and the 2 GB voltages...failing that I'll have to just guess!

The line up is:
PM1HF, PM1HF, PM1LF, PM1LF, PM2

Though mine has a PM1HL in the middle...though that could well be a swapped out one.
