Probably automatic insertion machines with an optical sensor to check as it puts the part in.

Well good news they had to pull all stock and order a new batch. Lucky for them I noticed the error. Although these ones where the only ones at 450v that they had not sold any of except the one to me.
All the other low voltage ones had sold out.
So glad I done my bit.
