Default PP Auctions, Epic Studio auction

Might this be of interest to some on here perhaps?

I wonder how much slightly dated professional kit like this is really worth. It has very limited appeal to the hobbyist or amateur market. Colleges generally want to train up their students on the latest stuff despite the cost.

Certainly one or two interesting audio bits there like the Soundfield microphone and Neve compressor. I don't really know enough about the video gear to be able to comment but the mention of DSLR's would imply that there's some fairly recent kit there.

Fairly recent, but last year's model of video DSLR has rapidly falling value. they sell into a highly competitive professional market. The pros have to have the kit with the latest tricks or they're dead in their market. Want a new Nikon D5 and that'll be £5400, please. Want to sell your old D4 and a dealer will offer you a small fraction of that.
