Default Simplest switching idea?

Hi folks ,

I want to be able to run my Tesla coil in three modes, selectable by an easy switch. One is a PLL , the other a PWM. All are switched by digital circuitry into a big MOSFET in the filament centre tap of a huge valve.
The PLL will run about 1.3Mhz and the PWM only around 20-200Hz. CW shorts the source -drain connections only when no signal is on the gate .

What's the neatest switching arrangement and type of switch? I'm not so familiar with the options . Simplicity is almost certainly the best way.
Thank you folks !
