Default Wafer switches for Mullard HSVT

I am thinking that I may have to replace a missing 6 pos selector switch. Are there any recommended sources?
The two front wafers are there with the actuating mechanism but the two double sided ones are missing (c,da/db and e,fa/fb. . See circuit CTA20http://home.btconnect.com/gmb/MHSVT.pdf (hope thats ok)
Would NSF Control's MK series be any use? Are the Paxolin wafers still available?
It may be better to change to new as some of the wiper contacts have worn quite deep.

I got another switch unit from one of the members, connected it to the cut off wiring loom and now i have another working machine. That's two more saved from the dump.
