Hi Norman,

I'll make sure that day is free.

- Did you happen to see a black and white biplane doing aerobatics over the farmland to the west of you on Friday a fortnight ago? It was work, honest! and radio-related.

David

Hi David, I didn't see you but I am always wary of any flights over my house. I look forward to seeing you again. Norman

Hi Folks, Just a reminder of this forthcoming meet, I have to say I am a little disappointed at the lack of response. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but we are friendly and who knows you may even enjoy yourself. I look forward to hearing from you. PS could I ask one of the moderators to add this to the calendar please. Many thanks, Norman

Regrettably, I must now give my apologies. I hope everyone else has an enjoyable day, though.

I would just like to say a big 'Thank-you' to Norman and his wife for hosting this event today. Free bits and pieces, fantastic food and lots of interesting banter plus some very "unusual" radios to look at - if you were there you will know what I mean !
Also thanks to Ken for the lift there and back although due to road-works on the M8 I didn't get home till 8:30pm...

Cheers,
Andy

This was the first year we did not make it I am afraid but with no car as Pam set off back to England at 1300 and we only see each other at weekends sadly it was not an option.

I would just like to say thanks to everyone who attended the meet. It was a good day and has rekindled my enthusiasm for the hobby. It's a shame you couldn't make it David. All the best, Norman

Sorry you weren't able to make it there David - your absence was noticed !
Trevor is hoping to hold a meeting in Kilmarnock next year (date still to be decided but possibly in May) so perhaps you'll be able to attend this.
I'll post details when they are available.
