WebSDR
Has anyone else experienced problems accessing the online facilities at Hack Green & other WebSDR sites recently ? Particularly the "Waterfall" and "Sound" functions. I've upgraded my JAVA with the latest downloads, but Windows Security just keeps on rejecting those two functions.
Has WebSDR's security been compromised ? Regards, David |

Re: WebSDR
Hi David,
Hack Green is working fine at 0653 today. I have had similar trouble, especially when upgrading Java. I think you will have to set up an exclusion to allow WebSDR to run, I find I've had to do this with each of the SDR sites I've been to, not just Hack Green. Hth Roger/G3VKM |

Re: WebSDR
Thanks Guys for helpful advice. I'm now able to get through. Went into Control panel, Dbl clicked on Java, clicked "Security", and managed to allow the http:// addresses. But it did intimate that it prefered that folk submitted https addresses.
Can now get Sound & Waterfall on 160,80m & so on. Regards, David |
