Source for Fluke manuals.
Good Evening,
I recently bought a rather clapped out looking Fluke 8050A bench multimeter. The good news is that other than needing calibration on one voltage range it's in full working order. The bad news is that the case has seen better days, and the handle/stand is missing. It looks as if the meter has been dropped, which probably broke the stand and damaged the instruments case. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had a BER or scap Fluke 8000 series bench DMM that I could nick the case and stand off?. To prevent possible confusion I have included a picture of a complete 8050A for reference. TIA, Harry. http://tinyurl.com/g7o2o |

A big thank you to all those who replied. The good news is that I have managed to get hold of a faulty 8010A, which arrived this morning. The bad news is that this afternoon I successfully fault found and fixed the 8010A, as it had 4 VERY easy faults! Richard, thank you for your kind offer, but I've managed to sniff out yet another faulty old Fluke 8000 series meter from the same source, complete with handle. Though this time I think I'll just quickly remove the handle and not bother faultfinding it, or at least try to! It is also worth remembering that a pdf copy of the Fluke 8050A manual can be downloaded for free from the The BoatAnchor Manual Archive (BAMA): http://bama.sbc.edu/ Many thanks, Harry. |
