Default Motorola mcs _ 2000

I turned on a car radio that was closed for a long time ... by measuring the A the multimeter also marks 1 on different scales but after about 15 seconds it marks me 200 mA for a second, then for another 14 seconds it returns to 1 ... a short circuit?
