I found this fascinating site last week and can't keep away for long:-

http://www.wfmu.org/playlists/TE

Hosted by radio station WFMU, the archives contain much of interest, including a chance to hear the earliest experimental pre-recorded radio programmes from long play 30 rpm 12" Diamond Discs made by Edison in 1928 and apparently never used.( go to archive date 26 aug 2003 & 18 nov 2003), The other shows I've listened to so far are equally enlightening. So if you don't have it already, download the free "RealPlayer", plug the PC into a decent sound system and give it a go! .

Regards, Mick.
