Default Narco VTA3

Does anyone have knowledge of a vintage Narco aviation transceiver # VTA-3 ? I had gotten it in a box of old tube stuff from a auction ect... It looks to be in good shape but there is no power-supply section from what I can tell, just 2 multi-pin plugs on the back. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks Albert
