I think they are an EABC80 (or UABC80) - try the heater pins with 6V to see if the heater comes on, if so it's an EABC80. If not you either have a UABC80/PABC80 or open filament.
The second 7 pin valve - a 6BH6 - almost certainly

6.3R cold resistance could match either EABC80 (14R hot) or PABC80 (32R hot). My guess is PABC80.
