Default Teac A3340 MK1 fault

I have a Teac A3340 which is not running at the right speed, could anyone tell me how to change the capstan speed, its not a case of the wrong speed selection, it is running about 10% faster than it should do. Also, does anyone have the diagram for this machine? it is the early version with the toggle arm to select play and fast forward.

There is no adjustment for the model in question, however make sure the belt is running on the "upper" pulley & is set to 50c/s, the usual fault is running slow.

Cheers for the help, it turned out the capstan belt had moved onto the rim of the capstan motor pulley which stops the belt from just falling onto the smaller 60Hz pulley, I moved the belt back and its all working

Cheers once again
