Default Sperry 332 display tube

All the talk on the vintage test equipment section and the Sperry 253/354 display tubes prompted me to ask here.

I am looking for a Sperry 332 (2 digit .333 inch ) display tube for my old Data Tek 30A DMM.

Does anyone have one they would like to sell?

I pretty well thought these were unobtainable, but hoping someone might have one spare.

Thanks

Peter

Isn't the 332 a two digit 0.5" display? The 0.3" versions are 732, 733 parts?

Have varying numbers of all of them plus the 74141 etc driver chips and HV inverters, but not got around to testing any of them.

The 7xx series don't have the keep alive electrodes, also 74141 are of no use with 7 segment devices.

Of course, not the 72141, the DD700 or REL700 for the 7 segment displays.

My 0.3" displays are all 732 or 733, so as David says not really for multiplexing.

Hi Peter, having just seen the data sheet, I realise that I may have some of these that were used on Thorn cookers in the 80's.
So if no luck elsewhere give me a PM in a couple of weeks as I will be away, and I'll have a search

Cheers, Ed

Thanks.

I am away this sunday for a long awaited holiday, so if nothing turns up I will contact you.

I will still be monitoring this group while away.
