Default BVWS Biggleswade Meet and AGM - Sunday March 22nd 2026

The Spring BVWS Biggleswade Meet and AGM will run on Sunday March 22nd 2026.

Doors open at 0930. There will be a large BVWS sales stall, the usual Dulwich Museum Bring & Buy, and lots of other fascinating stalls selling everything you can imagine. Bargains galore. Hot and cold refreshments are available all day. Do come if you can. All welcome.

Please note that the BVWS AGM will be held in the Elgar Room, starting at 1215. All members welcome.

Some event details will appear in the Spring BVWS Bulletin, and are also available via the events pages on the BVWS website: www.bvws.org.uk.

The Weatherley Centre (SG18 8JH) has some off-street parking right by the hall, and free on-street parking very close by. It is located only a mile from either of the two Biggleswade exit roundabouts on the A1. Train services are excellent (under an hour from London), and the station is a 12 minute walk from the hall.

STALLS: (currently nearly sold out)

If you want to book a stall, the printable booking form is downloadable from: https://www.bvws.org.uk/ (link appears on the front page). You can also book via email with bank transfer. My email is at the bottom of page 3 of the latest Bulletin, or PM me here.

VERY IMPORTANT - PARKING.

Weatherley Centre have introduced an ANPR (automated number plate recognition) system for the parking by the hall, to deter casual parking. Everyone visiting the BVWS event is still entitled to free parking (if available) in the hall car park.

If you park in the Hall carpark you must register your car number plate at the front desk as you arrive, using a QR code. (also available in the hall). For non smartphone users there will be a tablet available. Parking on the road is also still free (no ANPR). Do not park elsewhere on the school site as you may be booked.

Full details are at the end of this page of Weatherley information:
https://www.theweatherleycentre.co.uk/frequently-asked-questions

If you have to park on the road and you drive up to the hall at the end to collect purchases, you do not need to register if you are there less than 15 minutes. If you need longer, you must register inside.

I hope to see lots of you at "Biggles" in March!

all the best

-Jeremy
