After many attempts got the nut refitted, used sticky Play-Doh on end of middle finger with nut pressed into the Play-Doh. Got some oil down into the lower bearing.
The motor whine touch wood has now gone away, whether it was the oil or the fact that the motor assembly was disturbed is unknown. David |
