New Haven Alarm Clock
I was clearing out my parents' loft when I found this clock.
I think I picked it up for about 50p at a second hand shop many years ago. I was just wondering about the date and where it was made? I'm assuming its American for the British market but would guess the date is about the 40s. I have left it all original as it's just going to be an ornament, however I have tested it and it runs, however the alarm spring isn't winding, the loop has detached but the spring is fine, I haven't fixed it back on as its only ever going to be an ornament. It's quite a small clock only 4 x 4.5" so perfect as a little display item. Anyone else have one or seen one? |
