Default Mk. V1-1A

hI

I Intend to make a working copy of the SIS Mk 6 v1a. Its in the Wireless for the Warrior, But no real information. How ever there is a Picture of the front panel, Its not very clear though. Can any one help. Also the TX is the good old 6V6. But it has a meter in place of the two bulbs. How would that be fitted.

Lots of questions, but I'm sure you will come upto the mark.

Pete.

Right, a little more.

As you can see by the print, I think I have sorted a little out. I do not think the switches are original, So what are they covering up. Bits are missing, power, antenna, frq switch Ear phones an TX/RX switch.

Thanks Alan.

I had given up on the hope that people were really interested. This one is really sticky. I just cannot get any information about it. What bit I do have will get me going though. The parts are coming though.

For your MK VI you could base cct on the MK XV Peter ??, might be close enough.

Hi Eric.

Yes I was thinking much the same. It was the for runner to it (I think). Just hopping to get information and history.

Thanks

hI.

This is the Mk6. Its a very boring looking set. The knobs are not right though.

Hi.

The radio is coming together. I think I've now got the front sorted.

It looks awesome! Be nice to hear it on the air. I'm trying to finish my MK III before winter as a bunch of us in Kent are making an effort to get all our spy sets operational for the dark months.

hi

Thanks John.

I've also built the Mk3. Mine works very well. However I only had a 350v transformer so my power is 12 wtts. Still good though.
