Question Codar 12 M/S PSU and 12 R/C Switch Unit

I've recently acquired a non-working CODAR TYPE 12 M/S 12 Volt Power Supply and a CODAR TYPE 12 Remote Control Switching Unit.

Can anyone help with the supply of a circuit diagrams and connections to a CODAR AT5 Transmitter?
