HI. well done (Dave G8HQP) you where right about C7 0.01uf in the Osc ,took it out and measured it @0.014uf so put in one that measured dead on 10nf.please correct me if wrong has this gone up 4000pf
Also measured C8 100pf that measured 104.5pf ,I heated it up on test no change so left it in.Set now @70% .
I supose this is about right for this set the drifting is very low now.

I will test all the caps in the front end when I get some more time,and replace if required.

It probably had some moisture in it. This makes the value go up, the leakage go up too, and more importantly for your situation the value will depend on temperature.
