Default Battery Bush radio

Never seen this model before it looks like a Bush DAC90 sort of it's a BP90 uses the octal 1.5 volt range of valves , a quick clean of the on off switch got it working . Mick.

Default Re: Battery Bush radio

Yes nice sets these you mostly see them in blue.

I have a Blue one and a Burgundy/Maroon one (Which can be seen here )

They were apparently in other colours but so far the only green ones I have seen started life as a blue ones.

It was one of the first sets I took apart in the mid 1960's the first one that joined my collection came my good friend Gordon (now parted) in the late 70's it was a blue one.

I have since had another 4 go through my hands I have kept the best two examples.

I really like this set it works well and I think looks good.

Cheers
