Smile Sony tv 9-90ub, picture below top of screen

Hi all, this is my first post! I have this set working with a composite video signal using the buffer circuit from Billicar back in 2015. However the picture top is below by about 3/4 inch from top of screen and will not move up. It is squashed and the height control only pushes the bottom down and off the screen. Can anyone help, I have a circuit diagram. Thanks, Stuart

The answer is likely to be a capacitor. I don't have the manual to hand, but look at the decoupling on the boosted supply rail.

This is what in an audio amp would be the 'bootstrap' cap, typically a 220uF (that sort of ballpark) cap that connects from the frame output back to the driver stages of the output amplifier.
