Almost certainly a "house code" - something produced for a particular contract issued by a reasonably large company who could do a volume-related deal with a semiconductor manufacturer.

Sometimes these are 'specially tested and selected' parts from a mainstream production-line; other times they're actually parts that have failed the manufacturer's own-brand QA/test-specs but are nevertheless good-enough to still be sold for use in less-demanding applications.

Raytheon-TAG, Zurich. It is very likely this device is a thyristor or triac. Easy to check
on an Avo or similar, one of the pins is the gate.
