Default Philco 333 valve equivalent

I picked this up at the NVCF for £25 Bargain! I am in the process of restoring it however I have come unstuck with the valves not sure what's in the set don't think they are the original ones can't read the print. Not found much info on the original ones which are VP21 SP21 PEN 23. Are there some equivalents?

Mick.
