Default Mil power supply

Hiu Folks, can anyone identify the power supply below.

Only details on the case are:
UHF/VHF mobile field service unit
Stabilised PSU MK 1/4

Solid state rectifiers and 2, series pass stabilising valves.
It looks as if it would convert nicely as a PSU for an 1155 or similar set so I should like to find a schematic

Thanks, Ed

If nothing turns up in the next few days I can prepare a list of schematics for similar solartron PSUs. Perhaps there are some similarities.

Are you familiar with Microsoft Excel as that would be the easiest way for me to prepare the list.

Hi Alistair, thanks for that, yes no problems with Excel.

I think this one uses a pair of 12E1's and various solid state rectifiers, 2 of which look like distribution fuses!

error amp is an EF91 and an 85 A ** for ref tube

Cheers, Ed

As promised I have attached a list of PSU data.

I have not gone through each link to check if the data relates to an HT or LT supply but there are not too many to try.

Hope you find this useful.

Hi Alistair, it looks like a Solartron unit and uses 12E1's, but regulation circuit uses fewer valves (EF91 +85A2) as well as SS rectifiers. It should not be too hard to trace out and repair/ modify.
I'm guessing it is from late 40's early 50's.

Useful resource you have in that spreadsheet

I cant find the schematic of the Solartron PSU I was thinking of at the moment but I am almost certain that there was a fully regulated version.

This is a close second though.
