Default Re: Dynatron SRX20 FM not working

I have checked voltages around TR261. Looking at track side board D. L/H side R262 gives 26V from here there are 2 yellow wires one goes to FM tuner board other to FM switch. The L/H side TR 261 gives 26V. The other 2 pins on TR261 are dead. Left side D261 gives -15V and has wire that goes back to transformer. Where do I go from here....I said I was a novice!
