Default Can anyone identify this please?

Picked this phone up last weekend at a local boot sale (also found a Trimphone and a BT Duet, so a good day). I know nothing about this, other than that it appears to be a 700 series based CB phone. The colour is a brighter red than that normally found on GPO phones, and I think it may have been painted, although the finish is of a very high standard, and doesn't scratch at all. My own feeling is that it may have been used by one of the emergency services.

Can anyone shed any light?

Plessey Etelphone N1900CB.

Similar to a Telephone 706CB, but without a regulator.
