Default Repainting a metal telephone

Hi all,

I just acquired a Metal bodied Belgian Antwerp telephone. Unfortunately, it is in pretty rough shape, but it was cheap I only paid £20.00 for it, so I am intending to strip it, clean it up, buy the gold decal/transfer kit for the sides and then respray it in dark gloss green.

Having never owned a metal bodied telephone I was just wondering if this type of spray paint would be suitable to give it fresh green glossy finish?

I hope someone can assist

Many thanks

Ryan

I would recommend using a compatable primer/undercoat. Not used the brand of paint you suggest, but I have found the Plastikote range of spray paints to be very good on most surfaces.
