Checked yesterday, Tesco had C and D. But they were right at the top of the display.

I was just going to say someone will come up with a converter if they phase out that size..........then I see it's already been done!

Had to go to Sainsbury’s tonight so had a look and there were C & D cells but right at the bottom of the display.

The big supermarkets in Scunthorpe have them as well as Wilko's, in fact Wilko's had the best range of batteries that I've seen in a while, with 6 and 9 volt types on the isle end display.
