Default Gould 1604 scope need a spec

Hi, I picked up a Gould 1604 scope that won't power up. I opened the case and an inductor at L1 was all cobbled up on the board. The pins are cut way short and I wanted to get the specs on it for a replacement. I could probably monkey some sort of soldering job if I can't get one. The manuals I downloaded from the net are not complete. I saw a couple forum posts here about this scope so hopefully someone can lend a helping hand. Thanks!
