Default Taylor 81C Multimeter Technical Information

Can anyone help with technical information, especially a circuit diagram, for a Taylor 81C multimeter please? An advertisement states that it had a sensitivity of 20,000 ohms per volt on both AC and DC ranges.

This is a wooden case "landscape" format instrument with what appears to be a panel meter movement. It was released in December 1940, but I don't know how long it was in production.

There's a picture of one at this link, from which you'll see at the top L.H. of the picture that the meter front does indeed state a sensitivity of 20,000 OPV on both DC & AC:

Good luck in your quest for the manual.
