Default Battery valve radio ID please. Possibly a kit.

Picked this up this morning at local car boot £5. Looks a bit Ever Ready but opened it up and think it's a kit off some sort, can any one ID please? Handle and dial escutcheon are cast ally, valves are DK92/DAF91/DL94 and DF91.
