Collaro RC456 Gears
What is the the small gear under the idler called, and the next one, seems to be plastic, gears don't seem to be meshing all the time. Is this due to wear? Not sure if it's going to be better to replace the whole deck.

Re: Collaro RC456 Gears
It’s due to dried up grease. The small gear which connects to the pulley should move towards the bigger gear when the change cycle is in operation. It’s bearing pivots and its that part where the grease dries up
