Ashlea Components.
Found this company whilst searching for a temperature monitoring Ic LM56CIM. Took a couple of days to arrive standard letter post. Good price of only £5.60 for two including PP& Vat. Not seen them before myself, but seem OK.

Re: Ashlea Components.
Spooky- just found them myself while searching for high voltage transistors for what seemed a good price including delivery. I know that the media loves to tell us how the auction site will be the downfall of civilisation blah blah but I think that it's excellent for niche-interest hobbyists like us in that sellers can offer a huge range of eclectic surplus with minimum of overheads- they can be a one-man band with lots of boxes in a lock-up or spare room rather than an expensively-rented, low foot-fall shop, yet reach all over the country/world.
