can anyone identify this?
Hi chaps, hope this is the wright place for this but i think it is kind of commsy
today i have been stripping out an old youth center prier to us fitting new stage lighting and PA and came across this unit in one of the offices, the building was built some time in the 60's and i suspect this unit was installed from new am i wright in guessing it is some kind of intercom unit? inside it has an ecc83 and an el84 going into the unit is mains and a multi core cable, there is no makers name or model no anywhere i can see, i have enclosed a very pore pic will try for a better one tomorrow so does anyone know anything about it? Jay

It could be an internal intercom unit or a PA system... "Mr Smith, there's a call for you on Line 1..." The valves suggest a mic preamp and PA.
