Smile More radios and test equipment for disposal in Rugby

Good afternoon,

More things found up in the loft for disposal in readiness for a house move!!

1) Tektronix type 191 constant amplitude signal generator and Tektronix type 106 square wave generator. Believed working though many years ago!!. Designed for the calibration of Tektronix oscilloscopes. 8 each. 14 for both

2) Ekco motor tuned radio type PB189. Not restored or looked at but believed complete. 15

3) Ferranti LW/MW/VHF valve radio. Not restored. cabinet a bit scratched but complete 6

4) HMV clock radio. Working and complete bar the set hands knob at the rear. An ink tube from a BIC pen should work ok for this. 8

All are for collection only as I am at work during the week but are all available from Rugby. Collection can be any day of the week from 5:30 - 6pm and on Sunday at any time this weekend. Could possibly do Saturday evening.

Many thanks,
Christopher Capener

Hi!

. . .And an obscure Tek mains connector by the look of the pic of the back on the Tek W140 Wiki but I'll worry about those when I've got 'em home on my oscilloscope racks!

I've already been looking up GR874 adaptors and they're not cheap either, but next month's pay–day'll do for those!

50 worth of valves in those!

I have some GR874 leads and connectors with nothing much to plug them into, let me know what you want. The cables are about 1/2" in diameter so expensive postage!

Probably find a mains connector as well but they do crumble to nothing.

Good morning,
After a surprising amount of interest in the 2 Tektronix signal generators, I put all those who were interested in acquiring them in a hat to be fair.

The winner is Chris55000

All of the radios are still available.

Many thanks for all the interest.

The GR874 connectors are hermaphrodite, plug into each other.

Sure you want BNC male, with the pin? Would have thought the panel type socket would be more use?
