Less than two weeks to go before the Table Top Sale at the British Vintage Wireless & Television Museum, Dulwich.

Entry is only £2, and it may still be possible to secure a table for just £10. Lots of interesting items to purchase, as well as the opportunity to get together with other collectors in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

A deafening silence here and no mention in the events diary.......is this still on?

Although it doesn't appear in the events list in the Bulletin there was a flyer sent out with the Bulletin to advertise it - please pay attention; it most certainly is on! I have a table booked, there are (I believe) about 6 other stall-holders expected, and there will also be a large pile of interesting stuff being sold by the Museum. If you don't fill your car up with goodies, you're not trying!

Hi All,

The BVWS stall will also be there, and I will be taking a car load of stuff from the BVWS store for sale, so who knows what I will have with me.

All the usual Capacitors etc will be there too!

Come along for a nice relaxing day out at the Museum. There will be plenty of interesting stuff to browse through and buy.

I'll be popping round to Gerry's tomorrow, to drop some gear off for the museum to sell and keep all funds. Not much stuff, but enough to put a few shillings in the right pocket.

Also - I shall be bringing a wedge of paperback 19th April sale catalogues, which have just come from the printers, for the museum to sell at our ticket price of £15. Again, all proceeds to the museum.

There should be enough to go round on the Sunday - for which I cannot be there due to me looking after mummy - like the good boy I am (apparantly).

I'd like to go (if I can postpone Mothers Day duties). However, I've got a couple of questions...

Firstly, do you need to be a member of the BVWS? If you do, can you join on the door?

Secondly, I've never been to the museum (although I've been wanting to go for years) so I don't know where it is, and the website doesn't give any details. All I know is that it's in West Dulwich, London...

You do not have to be a BVWS member to attend the Museum Table top sale.

We certainly do welcome those who wish to join on the day.

Just got back, never met Gerry before what an interesting chap. Scored a Bakelite loudspeaker to go with my Philips and had a cuppa and sarnies, super weather too.
