Off to a decent start. Nothing we don't already know, but entertaining enough. another four parts to go.
I think I heard Trevor Dann's name at the very end. He's made some really good documentaries over the years.

It's David Hepworth from the Old Grey Whistle Test, now a fantastic Archive despite the BBC relegating them to the garage at the time! They are nearly always behind the curve except for the wonderful BBC4 which [as the current Radio Times says] is having to dumb it's Documentaries down to a load of taking heads! Meanwhile they want us to consult on "free" licenses for us senior citizens having bought into that situation in the first place!

One of these new program offerings [Brian Ferry and Roxy Music] can be seen on Friday. The esteemed journalist and former presenter, Richard Williams, left in disgust when they didn't want to feature R Music! Then we got "whispering" Bob. The Beeb always gravitates towards bland if it gets a chance. Soul Guru Niles Rogers is a very nice guy but despite a long history working with with everyone and anyone [including Iggy Pop and Bowie] he is so prominent on the BBC these days I'm sure he must have sold his soul as he pops up everywhere from the One Show and Graham Norton to News Night. He can be relied upon to be bland and non threatening. Watch out for him on Match of the day. Definetely a Long Player!
