Default JVC VideoMovie GR-C7E viewfinder repair

I just dug out a nice condition JVC VideoMovie GR-C7E which works beautifully, except for viewfinder module.

When I got the camcorder about 5 years ago, the viewfinder worked, but intermittently. Then it just died after about 20 minutes, and despite resoldering the connections inside, the situation remained the same.

But now I decided to get it fixed. It is model VF-V7E, dated 12/86. It is still dead, but I can hear the line whistle. However, I don't get any HV, actually I get a spike of about 200V when I turn it on, but it drops to 0V immediately. The line whistle, however, is present at all times. I checked the electrolytics with an ESR meter, but I found no problems. On the four CRT pins, I get about 250V. I guess that it might be the problem inside the small flyback/tripler module. Sadly, I don't have schematics or any information about this viewfinder module.
