Default Service kit for B and O LX series

I have to sell a full service kit for the above TV, B and O LX series. I am told that in its day this was expensive so before I offer it for sale I wondered if anyone knew a price range for this kit?

There were four series of LX, which one do you have?

The original LX2x00 was the first, it had two swing-out doors of panels with the tuner, IF and micro in the bottom.

The updated LX2x02 looked much the same inside but the programming was all different. Many of the panels interchange but the tuner / IF / micro one is substantially different. This was done to make it compatible with the VX5000 VTR.

The LX4500 / LX5500 used the Unity 1 chassis, much smaller than the 'proper' LX chassis.

The LX5000 / LX6000 used the Unity 2 chassis which looks much the same as the Unity 1 but is all different.

Is it the suitcase of spare panels which you have? Its interesting, but there isn't anything much in there that you can't get from a complete set bought for a few pounds for parts, and you get a tube and a cabinet with that!

I'm.not sure which one yet but it's a full case of boards. The seller says it is worth a lot, but of course they always do say that because thirty years ago it was true. I have explained things, but I have to try.

I'll check it out tomorrow.
