Default Soundmirror BK-401

I have just got my first Soundmirror BK-401 which I will be adding to the web soon. The recorder needs some work, one of the things I need is the speaker fabric, does anyone know of a good source of vintage speaker coverings? will post pics soon.`

Here are some pic's of the Soundmirror BK-401, as you can see in the pic's, the speaker cloth has long seen its day, unusual is the rewind method, you have to lace the tape on the higher tape sensor.

This one has not jet been fired up and presumed dead, I have a UK soundmirror which I have fired up and played the paper tape, the sound had been lost and it was impossible to record to, I have not tried to play or record the new 3 reels of the stuff, haven't got around to it as I have been repairing the wooden case of my Vortexion.
