https://mullard.org/search?type=product&q=Silk+braid I have no connection with Mullard Magic, just think this stuff is beautiful, and may be of use to forum members. Regards, Richard |

Re: Silk Braided Wire
It's excellent stuff. Steve - the proprietor of Mullard Magic - had a small stall at the NVCF in 2016 when I first saw the braided wire. It was exactly what I needed to make up a new harness to connect the power supply and receiver chassis in an Ekco AC77 - it looks like it's just come off the production line. When it's gone, it's gone. Well worth browsing the rest of the Mullard Magic site.
I've bought quite a few items from there including valves - always excellent. All sorts of things of interest, often N.O.S at reasonable prices. This for example - twin 140pF variable capacitors: https://mullard.org/collections/amat...ning-capacitor I've no connections other than as a customer, but I think it's well worth supporting the 'little guys' who have a personal interest in the hobby.
