Default Grundig TK23L Tape Recorder - Fitting belt

Does anyone have any guidance for fitting a replacement drive belt to my Grundig TK23L?

I have searched the forum and have not found any info but someone suggested David Holmes on Ebay sells drive belts with instructions but he looks to have stopped selling.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have fitted a few belts and mostly it is a major stripdown!
Not something to look forward to - take photos!
