Default 332 Mouthpiece

Hi all.

I have just recieved a 332 handset. I can unscrew the earpiece cover but the mouthpiece although rocks from side to side and feels looks will not twist loose.

My other one is a bayonet fitting so twists and lifts away but this one just seems to hold fast. I do not want to force it as I know these are quite fragile.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Regards.

There's a hole in the rim of the mouthpiece. Push something in the hole and then twist.

Yes. As Radio_Dave said - a drawing pin would be fine, for example. Insert the point into the hole and push. Don't worry if it feels that you're bending something inwards. When you've removed the mouthpiece, it will be obvious how it locks and you will be able to slightly push inwards the metal piece that secures it - then you will always be able to remove it without this palava.

Best wishes - Pete
