May I swap the 0.15uF MKT 250V with a 0.15 MKP 630V?
It's a bit tricky to get the 250V version locally.

Has to be a an X2 one which will have a low voltage intentionally so unfortunately no.

Ah pitty and a little higher capacitance (220nF)? It's an X2 rated for 275V.

That would do the job. Check the pitch of the pins is correct as well. Looks about right.

Need 22.5mm.

Yes anything RIFA shaped needs replacing.

It's alive again after changing the old caps on the PSU side.
