Default Philips FM1100 computer data programmer

Hello all, but mainly to Philips Simoco engineers. I am looking for a copy of the CDP7 software. I have at long last got the Protocol Converter Card and I fitted it into two different PCs but it will not read either an FM1100 radio or the portable data programmer. I am running the factory data programmer fdp7 that I got from the Yahoo fm1100 group but I suspect the card I have is not compatible with the fdp7 software. The CDP recognises that there is an external device connected but refuses to read from the device into the CDP editor. Can anyone help please?
