Default DB9F socket needed

It's at times like this when I actually find myself missing Maplin ...

Does anyone have a spare 9-way female connector that they would be willing to post?

I'm working on an American Power Conversion SC-620 uninterruptible power supply (KeithsTV, take a bow ) and thought I'd have a go at using the RS-232 data connection facility along with the 'PowerChute' (TM) software.

Using a UGreen USB-serial adaptor 'as-is' doesn't work and my research last night indicates that I need to make up a separate interface lead. I've got suitable cable and a few DB9M plugs but no 9-way sockets.

If you can help, please let me know via PM. All costs reimbursed+a bit

Thank you,

Best wishes

Guy

I have female 9 way panel mounted sockets if that's what you require.

Alternatively I have complete screw together 9 way sockets for connecting to a lead if that's what you need.

As a further alternative I have a number of leads with 9 way female socket connectors moulded on one end. You could fit your own connector to the other end of the lead.

All FOC.

PM received.

I'll make sure that all nine sockets are connected to the lead before replying.
