Electric fire - yacht
I have just spotted a thread from last May in which questions were being asked about an electric fire in the form of a yacht.
I have one of these as a result of clearing out my mother in law's home, and would like to sell it. Can anyone advise what sort of value level these things might have, please? Thanks Martin |

There's one on eBay now. I suggest keeping an eye on it to see what it sells for. You could then offer your example for sail, sorry - sale, via the forums if you wished where the right sort of collectors lurk and who can update the electrics if need be.

Re: Electric fire - yacht
Hi,
I paid £60 for mine around 1997 from an antiques/collectors fair. It was and is missing its element. However I think I got a bargain and you should easily get £120 plus. As with anything it depends on how desperate your prospective buyers are and on their availble funds. Cheers, Des.
