Default Promax GV-698 video input

I am hoping someone with experience of these test generators can help.
I want to input video via the SCART to the output modulator.
The manual is vague and merely states video in in pin 20.
How do I select the SCART as an input source? The audio is very straightforward.
Thanks
Simon
